Information for Self-Paying Patients

Below you will find the price list of services for self-paying patients and procedures that are not covered by public health insurance. The list does not apply to patients with contracted Czech public health insurance where the care provided is covered by their health insurance company.

Before each examination or procedure, the patient is informed in advance about the cost. The resulting amount may vary depending on the specific scope of care provided, the methods used and the materials required.

Prices are listed in CZK. Payment can be made in cash or by payment card.

ENT Care for Self-Paying Patients

At Leonis Clinic, we also provide ENT care to patients who come as self-paying patients. This option is intended especially for patients without Czech public health insurance, for foreigners living in Prague, for patients with commercial health insurance or for those who need an examination or administrative service that is not covered by health insurance.

Self-paying patients can use standard ENT examinations, hearing examinations, endoscopic examinations of the nose, nasopharynx and larynx, rapid diagnostic tests, swabs, minor outpatient procedures and related administrative services. The clinic is equipped with modern ENT technology, which enables more precise diagnostics and clearer evaluation of the patient’s condition.

Before carrying out an examination or procedure, the patient is always informed about its price. Prices depend on the specific scope of the examination, the type of procedure, the methods used and, where applicable, the material required. The total price may therefore differ from the amount listed in the price list if the patient’s health condition requires a more extensive procedure.

Below you will find a complete price list of services for self-paying patients and procedures that are not covered by public health insurance. For patients with contracted Czech health insurance, medical care is provided within the scope covered by the relevant health insurance company.
